Ingredients:
1 measure gin
1 measure cherry brandy
½ measure Benedictine
½ measure freshly squeezed lime juice
4 measures freshly squeezed orange juice
3 ice cubes, crushed
Soda water, to top up
Small pineapple wedge, fresh cherry and lime peel, to decorate
Procedures:
1. Pour the gin, brandy and Benedictine into a cocktail shaker.
2. Strain in the lime and orange juice and shake for 30 seconds, or until blended.
3. Place the crushed ice cubes into a Collins glass and pour over the cocktail.
4. Top up with soda water, add a swizzle stick and decorate with a pineapple wedge, cherry and lime peel.
